SumIt is a mobile application that lets you create and track counters, organize them into groups, and view your count history and charts. The app may use Apple’s iCloud and CloudKit services to synchronize your data across your devices and to support sharing with people you invite.
You are responsible for the information you enter into SumIt and for deciding what to share. When you share a counter or group, the information in that shared item—including its name, count history, and participant display names—may be viewed and edited by the people you invite, according to the permissions you grant through Apple’s sharing controls.
Do not use SumIt to share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or content that violates another person’s privacy or rights. You are responsible for managing your shared items and participants.
SumIt relies on Apple services for features such as iCloud synchronization, CloudKit sharing, Sign in with Apple, and notifications. Your use of those services is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms, policies, and account requirements. SumIt cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy, or retention of data provided through Apple services.
SumIt is provided as a personal tracking tool. You are responsible for how you use the information recorded in the app and for maintaining backups or records that are important to you. SumIt is not intended to provide medical, financial, legal, safety, or other professional advice.
SumIt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SumIt and its developer disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app.
The developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or its services at any time. If these Terms are updated, the revised version will be made available within the app’s settings or app store listing. Your continued use of SumIt after an update means that you accept the revised Terms.
By using SumIt, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
